Customer Services Adviser

Summary:
Indigogames.org is a fast growing football board games manufacturer and we are looking for highly motivated Customer Services Advisers.

The job duties include: Interacting with actual and potential customers with live chat. Managing orders and customer requests. Using computer systems and manual forms of completing information. Answering the phone and any other job relevant duties as required. The standard working hours are 9am- 5pm, Monday- Saturday.

This is a temp to perm position with an immediate start available following a successful interview.

Requirements:
– Experience not necessary, training will be given.
– Must have a mobile phone and be able to send test messages.
– Must be well spoken, cordial and respectful of others.
– Must have a minimum of two GCSEs.
– Must be confident, and be able to work without supervision or work from home if required due to COVID.

Benefits:
– Hourly rate of £10 -£15, based on experience, but not age dependent.
– 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday).
– Ongoing Assignment.
– Position will be permanent following a successful trial period.
– No qualification or experience is required. Training will be provided.
