Job Description:
Indigogames.org is a fast growing football board games manufacturer and we are looking for highly motivated Sale Assistants to assist customers. Successful candidates will also be required to help customers in Live chats to buy our football board games and to process sale of our board games in our online shop.

Duties & Responsibilities:
– To deal with customer enquiries.
– To handle customer queries and product returns.
– To handle payment refund requests.
– To update customer records in the company’s database as required.
– To report all sale, and inventory or service issues to management and the appropriate Account Manager immediately. 
– Promote products based on the company’s directives.
– Direct customers to available products and checkout page.
– Assist all customers to purchase available products.
– Keep record of all sales they make. 
– Keep record of enquiries and contacts made by customers because of the company’s social media campaigns.

Requirements:
– Experience not necessary, training will be given.
– Must have a mobile phone and be able to send test messages.
– Must be well spoken, cordial and respectful of others.
– Must have a minimum of two GCSEs.
– Must be confident and be able to work without supervision or work from home if required due to COVID.
